Price
All prices quoted are applicable at the time of printing and are subject to alteration without previous notice. Invoice will be made on the basis of the price ruling on the date of dispatch of goods.

Payment
Goods will be dispatched against cash or cheque. In the case of outstation parties, documents will be forwarded through bank against payment.

Bulk Enquiries
Special rates of bulk requirements will be submitted against enquiries.

Taxes
Taxes and duties as exist from time to time will be charged extra.

Offer
F.O.R (Freight on Road) destination will be given only for orders worth above Rs.25,000/- net.

Damage / Loss
All goods are packed with utmost care and forwarded at customer’s risk. Goods can be insured at customer’s request / cost.

Guarantee
All reagents are unconditionally guaranteed for quality. In the unlikely event of any complaint regarding the performance of our products, we shall replace unconditionally. However, details of the complaint will be needed for our investigations (i.e. Batch No., Complaint sample, Nature of complaint etc).

Restricted Items
Restricted items like Methanol, Mineral Acids etc. will be supplied as per the Govt. rules and regulations.

Acids

• Acids without thermocol packs are available only in Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
• Orders for mineral acids (Hydrochloric, Sulphuric and Nitric) will be accepted in ‘case lots’ only.
• Only acids in thermocol pack will be booked, that too if they are accepted by the carriers.

Delivery

• While every effort will be made to adhere to delivery dates, no responsibility is and will be accepted for non-delivery or for delayed delivery.
• Items offered are subject to the goods being in stock on the date of receipt of order.
• Road Permit wherever applicable should accompany the order, failing which the order will not be executed till such time the same is received.
• For mineral acids, the quantity ordered of the 500 ml pack should be in multiples of 8 and that of 2.5 liters pack in multiples of 4.
  For Hydrogen Peroxide, the quantity ordered should be in multiples of 20 × 500 ml.
• Sales of certain products are prohibited in some states. Requisite storage license and permit details should be sent along with the order for processing.

All items listed are for laboratory use and for specific purposes only. No responsibility will be accepted if they are used for medicinal or pharmaceutical purpose. Unless otherwise mentioned, all chemicals are of laboratory reagent grade.
